Arduino-controlled Stair Lighting

My most recent project involves: $20 of LEDs a $3 ATMEGA328 chip 3 $2.50 TLC5940 PWM controllers a $5 buck converter 2x10 boards and a bunch of wires. Here's how it looks so far:

    yeah, I'll have to be a bit more diligent with this. I just got my zigbee modules in the mail, so hopefully I can post some more soon.
